Passes activate within 48 hours of purchase. Your digital QR member card will be sent to the email used at checkout upon confirmation. Early access, entry perks, and drink credits are not available until activation is complete. Check your spam folder if you do not receive your card within 48 hours.
Member passes are non-transferable. Passes are issued to the purchasing member only and cannot be shared, sold, or gifted.
In Good Company (IGC) plated dinner experiences are not included in any membership tier. IGC tickets must be purchased separately at full price. Membership status does not apply to IGC events and no member discounts, drink credits, or entry perks carry over to IGC ticketing.
Event credits do not roll over. Unused events expire at the end of your tier’s season window — Sep 30, 2026 for Tier 1 & 2; Dec 31, 2026 for Tier 3 — and cannot be carried into future seasons.
Event selection does not transfer year-to-year. Credits from the 2026 season have no cash value and cannot be applied to future ASN seasons or memberships.
Drink tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. They must be redeemed at the event by the pass holder via QR scan at the bar.
Guaranteed entry applies to the pass holder only. Guest discounts apply per event and guests must arrive with the member at the door.
Yoga events count toward event credits for Tier 2 & 3 members only. Tier 1 members may attend yoga events as separate purchases.
ASN reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events. In the event of a cancellation with no rescheduled date, the event credit will be returned to the member’s pass balance.
Founding Member Status is honorary and does not grant financial credit, equity, or guaranteed pricing in future seasons.
ASN reserves the right to refuse entry for violations of event policies, regardless of membership status.
