Rental Policies
| Equipment Deposit | A separate refundable equipment deposit is required and collected via the same payment link as your rental fee. $250 for the speakers package. $325 for speakers + DJ facade. DJ Facade rents at $750 for up to 4 hours. Deposit is returned in full post-event when all equipment is received back in the same condition. |
| Balance Due | Remaining $350 balance is due on the day of your event before setup begins. We accept card payments on site. |

| Equipment Damage | Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. |
| Cancellations | Cancellations made 72+ hours before your event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. |

Is the $250 deposit fully refundable?
Yes, fully refundable. The equipment deposit is separate from your rental fee and collected via the same payment link. It's $250 for the speakers package and $325 if you're adding the DJ facade. As long as everything comes back undamaged, your full deposit is returned post-event, no deductions for normal use.
Can I add the DJ facade to my rental?
Yes, the DJ facade is available as an add-on. Email asneventrentals@adultsupervisionneeded.com to get pricing and confirm availability for your date.
I'm a DJ booking multiple events a month. How does the discount work?
If you're booking ASN equipment for 2 or more events per month, email us at asneventrentals@adultsupervisionneeded.com with your typical schedule. We'll put together a rate built around your volume.
What areas do you deliver to?
We serve Atlanta, the Charlotte metro area, and Columbia, SC — all within a 25-mile radius of each city. If your event falls outside one of these zones, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible. Additional fees may apply.
Can I extend beyond 4 hours?
Yes — additional hours are available at $150 per hour beyond the initial 4-hour window. Contact us before your event to arrange extended coverage based on availability.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Weekend and holiday dates fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
Can I book a same-day rental?
